Bag Dust Collector
The bag dust collector is a separation and capture device that removes dust particles from flue gas by passing the dust-laden gas through filter bags (referred to as bags). It has been widely applied.
Main advantages include:
(1) High efficiency in purifying micron or submicron-sized particles, generally reaching 99%, or even 99.99% or higher;
(2) Capable of capturing various types of dry dust, especially high-specific-resistance dust;
(3) Variations in dust concentration have minimal impact on dust removal efficiency and resistance;
(4) Wide range of applicable flue gas flow rates;
(5) Flexible design and installation in terms of external configuration;
(6) Stable and reliable operation, with no sludge treatment or corrosion issues.
Main Disadvantages
(1) Its application is primarily limited by the temperature and corrosion resistance of the filter material, typically up to 250°C.
(2) Not suitable for purifying dust-laden gases with strong adhesiveness or hygroscopicity. The temperature of flue gas treated by a bag filter must not fall below the dew point, as this would cause condensation and clog the pores of the filter bags;
(3) According to rough statistics, the investment cost for purifying flue gas with a flow rate exceeding 17,000 m³/h is higher than that of an electrostatic precipitator, while for flow rates below 17,000 m³/h, the investment cost is lower than that of an electrostatic precipitator.
(4) Maintenance is relatively inconvenient.

Direct Oil/Gas Fired Hot Air Furnace
Direct Oil/Gas Fired Hot Air Furnace is mainly composed of the burner, furnace body and control system. The burner adopts imported integrated burner. Fuel and air enter the furnace body at a certain ratio and burn completely inside. Ambient air passes through the furnace jacket and mixes with high-temperature flue gas to obtain clean flue gas at required process temperature. Single unit heat supply capacity: 50-200x104 Kcal/h. Heat supply temperature ≤1000°C.
