This drying equipment is a new type of dryer independently developed based on the digestion and absorption of advanced technologies from similar foreign products. It is designed for drying past, filter cake, and heat-sensitive materials.
Hot air enters the drying chamber at an appropriate spouting velocity through the inlet pipe at the bottom of the dryer, creating intense shearing, collision, and friction with the material, thereby micronizing it and enhancing heat and mass transfer.
At the bottom of the dryer, larger and wetter particle agglomerates are mechanically broken up by the agitator. Particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are carried upward by the rotating airflow, undergoing further drying during the ascent. The dehydrated dry material rises with the hot air, where a classification ring intercepts larger particles, while smaller particles pass through the center of the ring and exit the dryer. These particles are then collected by a cyclone separator and dust collector. Undried or oversized particles are thrown against the chamber wall by centrifugal force, falling back to the bottom to be crushed and dried again.
Due to the high-speed rotational flow of the gas-solid two-phase system, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, resulting in a significant relative velocity between the two phases. This intensifies heat and mass transfer between them, giving the equipment high production efficiency.

- Negative or slightly negative pressure operation ensures airtightness, high efficiency, and pollution-free performance.

- Food Products: Soy protein, starch, distiller's grains, wheat sugar, wheat starch, etc.
- Dyes: Anthraquinone, iron oxide, pigments, butyric acid, various dye intermediates.
- Organic Compounds: Atrazine (pesticide), benzoic acid, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, etc.
- Inorganic Compounds: Calcium carbonate, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, etc.
